SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Executive to support sales activities, build and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets through effective coordination and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries by recommending suitable products or service solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to support sales processes
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer requirements to advance sales cycles
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines to close deals effectively
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records for reporting and analysis
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports to track progress and inform strategy
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
• Attend customer meetings and deliver product or service presentations to support sales efforts
• Address customer feedback and assist in resolving sales-related issues to enhance satisfaction
• Support marketing activities, business development, and company sales initiatives to drive growth
