Academic Ops Executive (AMK | $2760)

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Duration: 11 months (extendable/convertible based on performance)

Salary: $2,760/month

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking an Academic Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support within a digital media studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations and administrative activities of the studio

• Coordinate booking schedules, resources and facilities

• Maintain records, documentation and inventory of equipment and software

• Provide operational support for projects, events and learning activities

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and project documentation

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities and project requirements

• Support research, outreach and engagement activities when required

• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Good organisational and administrative skills

• Proactive team player with a willingness to learn

• Interest in digital media, creative technologies (production, game development, Visual effect, etc..) or educational environments will be an added advantageous
