GTM Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and driven GTM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. This role will play a key part in supporting an upcoming hiring surge across the APAC region, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across Sales, Customer Success, and other Go-To-Market functions.

About you

• 1 to 5 years of recruitment experience, either in agency or in-house environments
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or other Go-To-Market roles
• Exposure to the SaaS, technology, or high-growth business environment
• Ability to manage recruitment activities independently and work with minimal supervision
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
• Singapore recruitment experience is highly preferred

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Go-To-Market functions, including Sales, Customer Success, and other commercial roles
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
• Identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across APAC markets
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Provide recruitment market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with a global Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure processes are completed efficiently
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
• Support hiring initiatives as recruitment demand scales across the region
