Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and instrumentation systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, inspect, maintain and repair equipment and instrumentation systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnose technical, electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
• Perform testing, calibration and functional checks of equipment and instruments.
• Provide on-site technical support and respond to service requests.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and technical standards.
• Travel to customer sites in Singapore when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or related field.
• Relevant experience in field service, equipment maintenance or instrumentation is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read technical drawings, manuals and electrical diagrams.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Willing to perform on-site work and travel to different customer locations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
