Principal Engineer/Senior Principal Engineer

· Plan, design and supervise C&S engineering works (e.g. buildings, roads, drains, sewers, earthworks, underground buildings, temporary structures).

· Perform analysis and design for the project.

· Supervise the drafting of drawings related to design.

· Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.

· Manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.

· Coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants.

· Ability to work independently in analyses, design, submissions, construction support and coordination works.

· Experienced in leading a team of engineers/drafters to deliver the project objectives, and to represent the Lead Engineer.

Requirements:

· Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.

· Min 10 years working experiences in Singapore on structural engineering projects.

· Familiar with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements,and Eurocode.

· Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc.

· Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.

· Experience in design/project management works in BIM.

· Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.
