Assistant Public Relation Manager

Basic + Commission

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and customers

• Introduce and promote gift support services for artists and performers

• Approach clients to encourage gift bookings and table gift arrangements for artists

• Coordinate gift orders, pricing, and delivery arrangements with customers

• Assist in customer engagement and provide attentive hospitality service during events

• Support marketing activities to increase artist exposure and customer retention

• Handle client inquiries professionally and maintain good customer relationships

• Work closely with the operations and artist management team to ensure smooth event arrangements

• Assist with social media promotion, customer follow-ups, and event coordination

• Maintain a positive image of the company and provide excellent customer experience

• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management
