Admin Officer (Sales & Events Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• Reply to emails and handle customer/client enquiries
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and event requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams
• Support corporate/private clients with gifting and customised orders
• Assist with event preparation and occasional on-site deployment
• Support sales/customer enquiries during events
• General event operations, guest engagement and stock coordination

Requirements:

• May require occasional evenings / weekends (Off-in-lieu will be provided)
• No requirement to drink alcohol
• Candidate should be comfortable attending and supporting events around Singapore
