About the Role

Join our multidisciplinary team as a Manager/SeniorManager, Product Partnership & Acquisition and play a pivotal role inshaping the future of Singapore's skills and career ecosystem.

We are looking for a proactive and people-driven Manager/SeniorManager, Product Partnership & Acquisition to developnew partnerships and expand the product portfolio to enhance our digital servicesfor individuals. You will work closely with the policy team to translate thepolicy vision into an actionable plan. You will also work closely with the product development teams to ensure thepartners are onboarded to our digital products seamlessly. Your work will directly contribute to more upskillingchoices and a richer digital career and skills imprint for individuals.

This role suits individuals who are prepared toengage the ground, have a commercial instinct to identify potential partnersand opportunities. You should have a flair for clear, engaging communication and a stronginterest in ecosystem building work that contributes to the national skills andworkforce development agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited tothe following:

• Work closely withpolicy teams to understand policy objectives and translate them into actionablepartnership initiatives and implementation plans
• Assess thefeasibility of proposed partnership models and recommend approaches to maximisepolicy impact and user value
• Work with the productteam to identify product portfolio gaps (not limited to MySkillsFuture andCareers & Skills Passport) and work with partners to close the gaps whichcan include expansion of course listings on MySkillsFuture, enriching trainingor skills data imprints in the Careers & Skills Passport
• Engage stakeholderson the ground to understand emerging industry trends, workforce needs and identifyopportunities for collaboration
• Track and reportpartnership outcomes, adoption rates and key performance indicators
• Review partnershipperformance regularly and recommend enhancements to maximise impact andsustainability
• Work with marketing teams to drive the usage of the digital products notlimited to MySkillsFuture and Careers & Skills Passport.

What We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ideally you should have at least 3 years of experience in partnerships,business development, or a related field, preferably within a public sector,education, or digital services context
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationshipmanagement skills
• Has the commercial acumen and ability toidentify partnership opportunities and create value propositions
• Strong written communication skills, with experience in copywriting orcontent development for digital platforms, and comfortable using contentmanagement (CMS) tools will be an advantage
• Proficient in data analytics and able to translate findings intoactionable partnership priorities
• Collaborative and organised, with experience coordinating acrossmultiple internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with Singapore's continuing education and training (CET)landscape is a plus
• Enjoy working in fast-paced environment and able to adapt to new demandsas the work evolves

Successfulcandidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may beconsidered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
