We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant who will assist our CEO. The Executive Assistant will support the team by managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and overseeing strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, project management, and the ability to work with internal teams, customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, briefing materials, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and working sessions, prepare focused agendas and notes, document decisions, and drive follow-up actions.
- Analyze marketing and commercial data to identify trends, customer or campaign insights, performance drivers, and opportunities for action.
- Conduct financial analysis, including performance reviews, variance analysis, scenario assessment, business cases, and decision-support modelling.
- Bring a consistent analytical approach to both marketing and financial questions by defining the problem, validating data, testing assumptions, and communicating clear conclusions.
- Build concise reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations that enable faster and better-informed decisions.
- Partner with the CEO to structure priorities, translate ideas into practical plans, and track progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate working sessions with internal stakeholders and global teams to resolve critical customer, project, or business issues.
- Support special projects through research, planning, issue identification, follow-through, and clear status updates.
- Anticipate information and coordination needs, identify gaps early, and help keep key initiatives moving.
- Build trusted working relationships with internal teams, customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Communicate with tact and confidence across functions, cultures, and levels of seniority.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an analyst, planner, strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar role. High-tech and global company experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical capability across both quantitative and qualitative information, with the versatility to work on marketing and financial questions.
- Proficiency with presentation, spreadsheet, internet research, and analysis tools. Experience with visualization or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, polished, audience-appropriate materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good judgment, high attention to detail, strong organization, and a proactive, mission-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Flexibility to provide some working-hour overlap with the PST time zone when business needs require it.
