Global Category Manager - PCB

Primary Job Purpose:

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for PCB components to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and supply continuity.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation processes for PCB suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and supply chain risks relevant to PCBs; proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives, new product development, and sustainability goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, corrective actions, and fostering innovation and partnership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for PCB sourcing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in global category management or procurement, preferably within electronics or PCB sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, market dynamics, supplier base and quality standards.
• This is a global role, requiring occasional international travel to meet suppliers and attend industry events.
