Job Summary

Join a professional wellness service provider with over 40 years of experience, supporting spa, slimming, massage, and aesthetic clinic operations through efficient administrative and accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry to maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and manage product inventory for branch distribution to support operational needs
• Execute general administrative duties to maintain smooth office operations and support branch activities
• Coordinate onboarding protocols for new staff to facilitate effective integration into the company
• Handle local and overseas correspondence to support communication and procurement processes
• Prepare quotations and manage purchase orders to support procurement and budgeting
• Assist with recruitment processes and application of work permits to ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Provide general administrative support to multiple branches to enhance operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Knowledge of accounting practices demonstrated through relevant work experience
• Proficiency in computer applications to perform accounting and administrative tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Xero accounting software experience
