Machine Operator

What You Will Do

• Set up the assembly machines, operate the machines to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation. 设置及操作装备机器来达到每天的产出和质量任务。
• Ensure that there are sufficient raw materials for daily production usage. If there is shortage, put up the request to Leads for raw materials needed. 确保有足够的原材料为日常生产使用。如果有不足, 向组长请求所需原材料。
• Conduct hourly inspection for the finished products to ensure that they meet the specifications. 每小时对成品进行检查以确保他们符合要求。
• Sort out rejects before routing the finished products for final quality inspection and stationed the parts at the correction location for next process or QA buyoff. 在发送完成的产品之前挑选出次品, 正确摆放合格品进入下道工序。
• Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained at all times. 确保任何时候的设备清理整顿。
• Check machine safety is functioning correctly and report whenever necessary. 无论何时检查机器安全正常运行，在必要时报告主管。
• Complete all necessary production record sheets and charts for monitoring purposes. 完成所有必须的生产纪录和图表监控。
• Conduct daily PM1(basic preventive maintenance). 进行日常PM1(基本的预防性维修)。
• Check object list and print labels for each production order assigned to him/her. 为每个分配给他/她的生产订单检查对象列表和打印标签。
• Inform Lead/Supervisor/Specialist on unfulfilled targets, quality issues and machines problems. 通知组长/主管/操作专员未能实现的目标,质量问题和机器问题。
• Other duties as assigned by Management. 管理层分配的其他职责

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Secondary education or equivalent. 中学教育或同等学历

Contract Terms

1. Full-time job, shift rotation is required, 5 days’ work week.

2. Must be at least 18 years old

3. Must strictly follow the 3 work rules stated below:

• Cannot work more than 12 hrs per day
• Cannot work more than 60 hrs per week
• Cannot work more than 6 days continuously

4. Shift Allowance earnings will depend on shift schedule and management discretion

5. Overtime & calculation

• Average 60 hours of OT per month
• 1.5 Overtime calculation = ((Basic Salary x 12 months) / 2210 hours) X OT hours X 1.5
• PH & Rest day Overtime calculation = ((Basic Salary x 12 months) / 2210 hours) X OT hours X 2.0

Overtime is voluntary, based on our production operational needs and customer delivery commitment. It is planned based on work schedules, working hours and rest day requirements, housekeeping and safety requirements, and employees’ competency to carry out the tasks.

6. The annual leave entitlement will start at 10 days.

The employee can return to their home country during approved vacation leave, going on holiday or in emergency situations, without penalty, wage withholding, job loss or other such measures.

7. Benefits such as housing allowance (S$200), transport allowance (S$70), attendance bonus (S$50) and uniforms to be provided where applicable.

• 9hr - 5 days work week
• Working Hours / 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri
• 9hr - 2 Rotating Shift (2T2S)
• Morning Shift / 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri
• Night Shift / 11.30pm – 8.30am / Mon – Fri
• 9hr - 3 Rotating Shift (3T3S)
• Morning Shift / 8.00am – 5.00pm / Mon – Fri
• Afternoon Shift / 2.00pm – 11.00pm / Mon – Fri
• Night Shift / 11.00pm – 8.00am / Mon – Fri
• 12hr - 2 Rotating Shift (2T2S)
• Morning Shift / 8.30am – 8.30pm / Mon – Thu
• Night Shift / 8.30pm – 8.30am / Mon – Thu
• Morning Shift / 8.30am – 8.30pm / Tue – Fri
• Night Shift / 8.30pm – 8.30am / Tue – Fri
• 12hr - 2 Rotating Shift (3T2S)
• Morning Shift / 8.30am – 8.30pm / As per working schedule
• Night Shift / 8.30pm – 8.30am / As per working schedule

A work week is defined from Monday to Sunday where Saturday is considered as off day and Sunday is rest day. For all working shifts except for 3T2S shift, Sunday shall be a rest day and all other non-working days shall be off days. For 3T2S shift, rest day and off days are as per working schedule.

9. There will be eleven paid gazetted Public Holidays in a year.

10. The employee will be covered under the Company's insurance plan.

11. The payment of any salary shall be subject to withholding and/or deduction for your Central Provident Fund ("CPF") contribution and any other statutory contribution as may be required under applicable laws. CPF Website: https://www.cpf.gov.sg/member

12. The employee (or their families) should not pay any recruitment fee, deposit, bonds, other valuable personal possessions in lieu of fees, or employment fee to be paid to the employer, supplier, labor recruiter or employment agency to keep their job including any government levies.

13. The employee will not pay transportation and lodging expenses from the home to host country. Return transportation and lodging costs are paid by the employer upon successful completion of the contract or early termination with adequate notice.

14. No mandatory savings programs through employer or agents are allowed.

15. The employee can associate freely and bargain collectively where allowed by law.
