• Participate in a new Hospital project @ East area
• Participate in a new Data Centre project @ East area.
• Having work experience in a main contractor is preferred

Role Overview: Lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive 3D models and BIM workflows across all construction project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: Create detailed models using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit MEP.

• BIM Execution: Drive capability in Architecture, Structures, MEP, 4D Scheduling, and Clash Detection.

• Standards & Compliance: Establish in-house modeling rules and review architectural plans for accuracy.

• Collaboration: Coordinate BIM implementation with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.

• Experience: 5+ years in design engineering, construction, or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), with at least 2 years directly managing BIM processes.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, or Navigator is highly preferred.
