Indoor Sales Executive

Responsibility:

• Handle day-to-day customers’ sales enquiries.
• Prepare and submit quotation to customers
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Maintain existing customers’ accounts and developing new accounts
• Respond to customers’ enquiries, pricing workout, follow-up in order to close sales order.

Requirement:

• Min. GCE “O” Level.
• 2 years sales experience.
• Persuasive with solid telesales skill.
• Able to handle stress and multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking Client & Supplier).
• Analytical, meticulous with strong communication skill.
• Result-orientated.

Other:

• 5.5 days per week
• Working hours : 8.00 - 5.30pm
