One of the world's leading research-driven biopharmaceutical company is hiring a Regional Legal Executive to support the ROPU ASKAN Legal & Compliance Team, working directly alongside the business' regional legal professionals on meaningful compliance and integrity initiatives across the region.

What you'll do:
As a Regional Legal Executive you will play an essential role in supporting legal operations for a major multinational organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing critical documentation systems that underpin compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate meetings with key stakeholders from various departments ensuring seamless communication between teams. By assisting in the implementation of compliance programmes—including policy management, training coordination, monitoring activities—you will help foster a culture of integrity throughout the organisation. Your ability to conduct detailed legal research on pharmaceutical-related matters will be invaluable in keeping the team informed about regulatory changes. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail when handling corporate secretarial documents as well as strong organisational skills for managing multiple priorities. You will also have opportunities to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams while providing ongoing support for all aspects of legal operations.
- Support the Legal & Compliance function in ROPU ASKAN including the maintenance, organization, management and filing of legal & compliance documents, databases, and records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with retention policies.
- Assist in implementation of compliance & integrity program including gathering of necessary information, preparing presentation, communication and training materials, conducting monitoring activities, among others.
- Coordinate meetings for the Legal & Compliance Team across ASKAN and with various internal stakeholders.
- Managing filing, updates & maintenance of all relevant corporate secretarial documents of legal entities which includes such shareholder minutes, board resolutions and constitutional documents of the business' legal entities within the ASKAN region.
- Support the legal team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, recording of minutes of meetings, and coordinating document production/execution.
- Conduct legal research on various pharmaceutical-related or commercial matters
- Continuously monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry, providing updates and recommendations to the Legal & Compliance team as needed.
- Any other tasks and assistance the Legal & Compliance team may require.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or diploma in Para-legal Studies, Legal & Business Management Studies, or related field.
- 3- 5 years experience as a para-legal or legal executive in a law firm, in-house corporate legal department, or multi-national companies preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices related industry.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex legal, compliance, and business matters.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, HR, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to high ethical standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex information clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to provide support outside normal business hours when required
