Executive, Accounting & Tax

Job purpose

Assists the Accounting team in daily deliverables to ensure excellent service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains relationship with daily client contact.
• Performs daily work with medium complexity, including closing full set of book, preparation of annual financial statements, preparation of GST returns, preparation of tax returns with tax computations, accounts payable payment support services, and other tailor made management reports/ financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Completes time sheets in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job specific requirements

• Diploma holder / Degree holder in Accountancy or Business with recognized accounting qualification related disciplines
• 1 – 2 years relevant experience in outsourcing firms or multinationals.
• Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices
• Intermediate excel skill set
