Temp Fire Safety Manager

☑ Basic Salary: UP 4.5K

☑ Working Location: Central

☑ 5.5 Day Week

☑ 3 Month Contract

Job Scope

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct scheduled fire safety compliance inspections at assigned premises on regular basis.

• Liaise with tenants and stakeholders, including issuing engagement letters and coordinating inspection arrangements.

• Assess premises for compliance with fire safety regulations and identify areas of non-compliance.

• Prepare and issue inspection reports, breach notices, and recommendations for corrective actions where required.

• Escalate significant fire safety violations to the relevant authorities (e.g. SCDF) and monitor the progress of regulatory actions.

• Provide regular updates, inspection findings, and compliance status reports to building manager while maintaining accurate inspection records.
  

Requirement

• Diploma Qualification in Building & Facilities Management

• 1 Years of in M&E / Civil Building works experience

• Possess Fire Safety Manager Certificate is a MUST
