Architectural Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, ensuring compliance with building codes, and collaborating with clients and project teams to bring construction projects to life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, structural plans, and layouts based on project requirements.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide design adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure smooth execution of designs.
• Manage tasks and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other architectural design software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt designs to meet project constraints.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of structural design and building materials.
• Familiar with Singapore’s building regulations and construction standards.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
