CHEF – JOB SCOPE (THAI FOOD)
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Thai dishes according to recipes and menu standards.
- Specialize in Thai cuisine, including noodles, curries, stir-fried dishes, soups, salads and traditional Thai dishes.
- Prepare and handle Thai ingredients, sauces, herbs and spices properly.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion and presentation are maintained consistently.
- Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before cooking.
- Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety standards.
- Monitor food stock and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
