About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary mission is to build enduring, trust-based relationships with your clients. You will act as their primary financial contact, delivering personalized advice and solutions that evolve with their life stages. This role is ideal for relationship-driven individuals who see financial planning not as a transaction, but as a long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Acquisition: Acquire and build a sustainable client base, managing a portfolio of relationships and driving growth.

Holistic Financial Planning: Conduct in-depth financial reviews to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation. Develop and implement bespoke financial plans for protection, investment, and retirement.

Ongoing Service & Review: Proactively engage with clients on a regular basis, providing updates, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring their plans remain on track.

Who We're Looking For

A recognized Diploma or Degree.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A client-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people achieve their financial goals.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to succeed in a professional advisory role.

For experienced candidates, a proven track record in a client-facing role within banking, insurance, or wealth management is an advantage.
