Join a leading organisation as an Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement (ESP) Administrator, supporting day-to-day procurement activities, vendor management, contracts and administrative processes.

This is a good opportunity for candidates looking to build experience in procurement, contract administration, vendor management and corporate operations within a structured MNC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, review and execution of contracts and NDAs via wet-ink or e-signature

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings and appointments

• Maintain and update procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders and vendor information

• Provide end-to-end support for low-value purchases

• Independently manage simple and straightforward subscription requests

• Liaise with vendors to add, remove or transfer users as required

• Process invoices and support invoice-related activities

• Track contract renewals and follow up on renewal activities

• Provide general administrative and procurement support to the ESP team

• Assist with ad-hoc procurement and administrative projects as required

• Candidates who can commence around 26 September 2026 are preferred

Renewable contract opportunity with hybrid working arrangement.
