Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting chocolates and confectionery products to meet their needs and occasions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance customer experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier counter
- Share detailed product knowledge about premium chocolates and confectioneries to educate customers
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Passion for engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service
- GCE 'N' Level / 'O' Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent qualifications
- Willingness to learn and undergo training to develop retail and product expertise
