Division

Dry Cargo chartering is a varied and complex marketinvolving more than three billion tonnes of cargo each year. Our experiencedteam based in 15 countries acts as a vital link between charterers andshipowners who need to transport the goods required by a growing globalpopulation.

Whatyou will be doing

• Maintain and update market data andspreadsheets accurately.
• Prepare tonnage, cargo and marketreports to support the broking desk.
• Assist brokers with day-to-dayadministrative and operational activities.
• Support the preparation of reports,presentations and client information.
• Liaise with Finance and Operations onadministrative matters.
• Maintain organised records anddocumentation.
• Provide general administrativesupport and assist with ad hoc duties as required.

What we are looking for

Key Attributes

• Diploma holderor equivalent qualification.
• Strongattention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Well-organised,with good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A positiveattitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop within the shipbrokingindustry.
• A collaborativeteam player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adaptto a fast-paced environment and take initiative when supporting the brokingteam.
• Fresh graduatesand candidates with limited work experience are welcome to apply.
• Fluency inEnglish and Mandarin to liaise with colleagues on the desk.
