No previous financial services experience is needed. Comprehensive training, guidance, and certification assistance will be provided to equip you with the expertise and confidence required to grow in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of clients’ financial objectives, concerns, and priorities.
• Support clients with financial planning strategies covering protection, wealth growth, and retirement preparation.
• Perform financial assessments, needs analysis, and risk evaluations.
• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships through regular engagement and reviews.
• Keep informed of market trends, industry updates, and evolving financial solutions.
• Prepare and communicate suitable financial recommendations based on clients’ goals.
• Collaborate with mentors and colleagues to enhance advisory knowledge and professional capabilities.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with industry regulations and professional guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, recruitment, marketing, banking, or client-facing roles is advantageous but not required
