Dental Clinic Receptionist

We are looking for a Dental Clinic Receptionist who can start immediately.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS

Work Arrangement & Schedule

1) 5.5-day workweek, approximately 44 working hours per week.

• Work from Mon to Friday and on either Sunday or Saturday (based on manpower needs)
• One day off on the weekend only, either Sunday or Saturday (based on manpower needs)

2) 5-day workweek, approximately 44 working hours per week

• Required to work on Saturday and Sunday
• Two weekdays off

Final working hours and roster will be discussed during the interview

Employment Arrangement

• Starting off as a fixed contract position
• Candidates who demonstrate good performance, reliability and competency may be offered conversion to a permanent full-time position
• Suitable for candidates who are looking for long-term employment with the clinic

Job Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, appointments and enquiries
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
• Collect payments and process relevant government dental schemes
• Manage patient records and general reception duties
• Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Assist with general clinic administrative duties when required

Requirements

• Responsible, punctual, and reliable
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling patients and working in a fast-paced clinic
• Able to work on weekends
• Able to start immediately
• Please take note of the salary range stated in the job posting before applying. Candidates with relevant dental clinic experience and the ability to perform the role independently may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.
