HAIR STYLIST

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate hair stylist to deliver professional hair services and consultations, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to salon sales while upholding high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, colouring, perming, rebonding, and styling services to meet client preferences and enhance appearance
• Assess hair and scalp conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer needs and suggest suitable hairstyles and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Work independently and collaboratively within the salon team to achieve individual and salon sales targets
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional work environment at all times
• Demonstrate responsibility, motivation, and a service-oriented approach in daily tasks
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge through learning and feedback
• Leverage any existing customer base to support salon growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional hairdressing experience
• Existing customer base is an advantage

• Salary: $3,000 – $5,000+ per month
