Air Freight Forwarding – Traffic Warehouse Operations Officer (Changi Airfreight)

Job Description:

• Execute daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and movement of cargo.
• The role supports inbound and outbound operations while maintaining inventory integrity, compliance, and service standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including Receiving inbound cargo and verifying against delivery orders, airway bills, and packing lists Supporting outbound operations, including picking, packing, staging, and loading.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of cargo according to requirements.
• Monitor cargo condition and report discrepancies or damages immediately.
• Inventory updating and documentation.
• Compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Secondary Education.
• Forklift license is required.
• 2 years in Airfreight and familiar with freight forwarding processes.
• Good teamwork and meticulous on handling cargo and tallying documents.

Working Hours

5.5 Days Work Week
Weekdays: 9AM to 6PM
Saturdays: 9AM to 1PM
