Project Coordinator (Construction)

Job Scope:

• Assist the Head of Operations in coordinating daily project activities.

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and deliveries to project sites.

• Liaise with customers, site personnel, and internal departments on project schedules and work progress.

• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

• Prepare and submit project documents, reports, and inspection records.

• Ensure works are carried out according to safety requirements and customer expectations.

• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site issues.

• Support site inspections, equipment handover, and user training when required.

• Maintain proper project records and documentation.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
  

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.

• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, construction, engineering, or related industries will be advantageous.

• Possess own vehicle (Car / Bike) – Transport Allowance given

• Able to work independently and communicate with different stakeholders.
