1 Year Sustainability Events & Community Engagement Executive | Central | Up to $4500 #NKA

Location: City Square Mall (Farrer Park MRT)

Duration: 1 year contract (Jan 2027 - Jan 2028, renewable based on performance)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:45 - 6

Salary: Up to $4500 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day SSA operations, venue bookings, scheduling and event requirements.
• Liaise with event organisers, partners, vendors and building management on venue usage and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with community, corporate, educational and sustainability partners.
• Coordinate programmes, collaborations and outreach activities with partners and community groups.
• Support community engagement initiatives for tenants, schools, families, youth, seniors and the public.
• Plan and execute sustainability talks, workshops, exhibitions and community events.
• Coordinate event registration, set-up, equipment, materials, vendors and on-site support.
• Track programme participation, partner engagement and other KPIs, and prepare reports/dashboards.
• Gather feedback and support improvements to future programmes and activities.
• Maintain records of partners, bookings, programmes and engagement activities.
• Support programme materials, presentations, event communications and social media.
• Handle general administrative and coordination duties for SSA operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, Events, Sustainability or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in events, programmes, community engagement, stakeholder management or operations.
• Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with hands-on event and venue operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Sustainability/community engagement experience advantageous.
