- · Review and negotiatecontracts, tenders, variations, and claims
- · Oversee project costs,budgets, and contractual risks
- · Liaise with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- · Ensure compliance withcontractual obligations and company procedures
- Requirements
- · At least 8 years ofexperience in commercial, contract, or cost management for buildingconstruction projects
