Clinic Assistant [SL]

• Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and handling enquiries via phone and email.
• Greet and assist patients professionally, ensuring a positive and efficient clinic experience.
• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures to support the delivery of quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring proper documentation and secure file management.
• Provide patients with basic healthcare information and post-consultation guidance as directed by the medical team.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with healthcare providers and specialists to facilitate comprehensive and continuous patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized clinic environment in accordance with infection control and safety standards.
• Perform general administrative and clinical support duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, or equivalent certificates
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
