Part-Time Brand Ambassador (Surveys & Awareness)

About Trilliant Collective:
Trilliant Collective is a growing Singapore-based business building its presence and customer community. We are looking for energetic Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to help us conduct customer surveys and create brand awareness through on-ground and online activities.

Role Overview:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Trilliant Collective. Your two main responsibilities are (1) collecting customer feedback through surveys, and (2) creating awareness of our brand through engaging conversations, promotional activities, and content support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer surveys on-ground (at events, public areas, partner locations) and online
- Engage members of the public and explain what Trilliant Collective offers
- Distribute flyers, samples, or promotional materials at designated locations
- Represent Trilliant Collective professionally at events, pop-ups, and activations
- Capture photos / short video clips for social media (training provided)
- Record and submit accurate survey responses and engagement reports
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer reactions and suggestions

Requirements:
- No prior experience required - training will be provided
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching strangers
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable
- Comfortable using a smartphone for surveys and social media
- Students, fresh graduates, and individuals seeking flexible part-time work are welcome

Working Arrangement:
- Part-Time, approximately 12-15 hours per week
- Flexi-Hours including weekends and evenings
- Hourly Rate: S$15/hour
- Locations: Various across Singapore (Central / Islandwide)
