As Executive, Outreach and Engagements, you will play a key role in providing support to businesses through development, networking, collaborations and many more. You will support the development and execution of programmes and initiatives which are aimed at providing local businesses with insights, network and experiences.
Job Responsibilities
1. Programme Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for businesses in the areas of ATC's programmes and support initiatives available.
- Support the introduction out of new initiatives to local businesses.
- Communicating with businesses on application with ATC, including follow-up actions and addressing enquiries.
- Assist SMEs in navigating resources and opportunities provided by ATC.
2. Industry and Trade Sector Engagements
- Promote and market engagement activities with businesses across multiple channels including preparation of EDMs and other collaterals.
- Organise events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, business dialogues, roundtables, study trips, business missions, etc.
- Coordinate and prepare with other teams on pre and post-events publicity including social media posts.
- Prepare pre and post-event reports.
- Handle any other duties as assigned to support goal and/or deliverables.
3. Committees and Sub-Committees
- Perform secretariat duties to manage committees, sub-committees and business networks including coordination of meeting dates, preparation of meeting agenda, materials, minutes, proposals and reports.
- Follow up on workplans with committee/sub-committee members to deliver projects and events.
- Liaise with committee/sub-committee members.
4. Other adhoc duties
- Undertake any other ad-hoc admin tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably 3 years relevant working experience.
- Strong communications skills (phone and in-person)
- Strong organisational skills.
- Able to work independently & able to work as a team.
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and detail oriented.
