Job Description
Our client requires an HNW Specialist for a corporate role within their Private Wealth Advisory team. This is a senior trusted advisor position serving Private High-Net-Worth clients, reporting to the Head of Private Wealth Advisory. The successful candidate will lead complex wealth planning and succession conversations, delivering bespoke portfolio solutions and sophisticated legacy strategies aligned with clients' needs, wealth planning objectives, risk profiles, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves providing thought leadership by translating market insights and product expertise into high-impact advisory solutions across personal, family, and business protection portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialised advice on insurance products and wealth planning aligned with client objectives and risk profiles
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with High-Net-Worth clients and their families
- Build the High-Net-Worth business and establish strong referral relationships internally and with strategic partners
- Drive High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth sales growth as a leader and influencer, contributing to overall business development
- Support clients and strategic partners throughout the insurance process, including case administration and periodic portfolio review
- Conduct and organise training sessions and client events to enhance insurance product knowledge and promote integrated wealth and succession planning solutions
- Monitor and report on insurance activities, including pipeline tracking, sales reports, and regulatory updates, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations
Requirements
- Degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a licensed adviser with front-line experience and a strong performance record in High-Net-Worth insurance sales
- Strong knowledge of life insurance solutions for High-Net-Worth clients
- Relevant legal, tax, trust, and wealth planning qualifications and experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Modules 5, 9, and 9A
- Fluency in Asian languages
- Track record building strategic referral relationships
