Admin Executive (Central)

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm)

💰 Salary: Up to $2,900

Our client is a mission-driven non-profit in Singapore focused on workforce development, lifelong learning, and building a resilient, future-ready workforce through strategic collaborations and is looking for a Senior Admin Executive to join their team.

Job Scope:

• Process and review applications, enrolments and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with programme requirements.
• Manage grant and claims administration, including salary support and training allowance computations, claims verification, payment processing and reconciliation.
• Liaise with participating companies, trainees and stakeholders to provide programme support, follow up on outstanding matters and resolve routine enquiries.
• Maintain programme records, reports and SOPs, support audits and events, identify process improvements, and assist with other programme operations as required.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in programme administration, grants, claims or related operations is preferred.
• Strong numerical, organisational and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently while working well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using online systems and administrative platforms.
