Insurance Manager

This opportunity is for an Insurance Manager (Product & Marketing) to oversee brand governance, regulatory compliance, and customer-facing collateral across Singapore’s Life & Health Insurance market.
Job Description

• Manage brand governance and ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all customer-facing materials.
• Review, manage, and coordinate the development of product brochures, proposal forms, customer forms, sales kits, distributor materials, marketing collateral, and digital content.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Distribution, to deliver regulatory-ready materials.
• Ensure all materials are brand-compliant, business-aligned, and adhere to applicable Singapore insurer branding standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide robust distribution support and product communications across customer and partner channels.
