Lead and manage on-site construction operations to ensure timely progress, quality standards, and efficient resource deployment while supervising workers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise workers and subcontractors to execute on-site construction tasks effectively
- Coordinate manpower and resource scheduling to optimize daily operations and meet project timelines
- Record and analyze daily manpower deployment and productivity to support operational decisions
- Monitor construction progress and enforce quality standards to achieve targeted schedules
- Address and resolve site issues through proactive coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project success
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
