3 to 4 days per week, including weekends; sometimes ad hoc roadshows (TBA)

Kent Ridge: 11am to 7pm

Pioneer: 9am to 4:30pm

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers in a welcoming manner, always maintain a professional and customer-centric approach
• Proactively engage customers to promote account and debit card and sharing of product knowledge
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and contribute to daily sales targets
• Guide customers through the digital account opening and application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions
• Provide clear and friendly assistance on products, promotions, features, and benefits
• Assist customers with basic banking enquiries and direct them to appropriate channels when needed
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements during customer onboarding
• Maintain basic housekeeping
