ACMV & Fire Protection Drafter

- Develop and maintain dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
- Revise drawings based on instructions/comments from engineers in compliance to Fire Code 2023 and the relevant SS codes
- Conduct site visit and required measurements
- Develop computer generated drawings, cable detection drawings, fire protection isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets
- Perform other related work duties instructed by supervisor
- Involved in coordination and preparation of specification to liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for Technical drawings and submission approval.
- Maintain good document control and filings, to be efficient in plan preparation.

Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the fire protection & fire safety
