Project Coordinator (Crane Service/AutoCAD)

Our client is a Crane Service Provider. Currently, they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.

Job Details:

Salary Range: $3000-$4000 (depends on experience)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm); Alt Sat (8am-12pm)

Working Location: Tuas Crescent (West Area)

Job Scope

The Project Coordinator supports project execution from Sales handover through procurement, production, installation, testing, customer handover and project closure. The role focuses on project administration, coordination, scheduling, documentation and follow-up, working closely with the Operations Manager and Project In-charge.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain project files, scope of supply, schedules, trackers and project documents.

Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Production, Procurement, QC, Safety, Logistics, Finance and Service teams.

Liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors on project schedules, deliveries, site access and installation.

Follow up Purchase Orders, materials, equipment, manpower and subcontractor schedules.

Review project files and assessment statistics, and assist the Operations Manager with progress reports.

Prepare and maintain Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, work reports, QC/NDT records, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and other project documents.

Coordinate drawing submissions, approvals, testing, MOM load testing and handover documentation.

Monitor project progress, deadlines, outstanding matters and delays.

Assist with project meetings, minutes, billing documentation and project closure.

Perform other project administration and coordination duties as assigned.
