Summary
The Chemist is responsible for the company’s product development and quality control (in industrial lubricants).
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with product formulation and development on new projects and existing products
- Preparing product specifications and safety data sheets (PDS/SDS) and compliant documents(COA, COC), aligned with industrial and regulatory standards
- Evaluation of new and alternative raw materials that are compliant with regulatory requirements
- Perform product analysis and controls to ensure quality assurance and traceability
- Conduct testing, maintain test methods and instruments with safe laboratory practices
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Material/Polymer Science
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in laboratory works or product developments (particular with industrial lubricants).
- Good analytical skills and team player
