About this job
- Assist in preparing and compiling claims for construction road works projects.
- Verify measurements and documents pertaining to claim submission are accurate.
- Update and maintain the claim tracking file in excel format till date.
- Perform data entry, prepare claims, organize documentation and support timely claim
- submission.
- Coordinate with site teams to confirm quantities, completed works and supporting doc
- such as photos , lidars and reports.
- Ensure all claim documents comply with company standards and project requirements.
- Provide general administrative, accounts and QS support as required and others as required .
