Corporate Secretary #NKC

Handle corporate secretarial matters and manage a portfolio of clients.

Assist with company incorporation and changes to directors, shareholders and share capital.

Prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, statutory forms and corporate documents.

Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.

Perform ACRA filings and assist with IRAS stamping matters.

Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and statutory requirements.

Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

Handle KYC, CDD and client onboarding requirements.

Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.

Review work and provide guidance to junior team members where required.

Assist with ad hoc corporate secretarial assignments.

Perform other duties as assigned.
