F&B Executive

1. Responsible for all aspects of operation of the vaious F&B outlets assigned with standards and excellent service
2. Active role to contribute to the P&L and financial targets of the F&B Department
3. Uplift customer's dining experience creating good memories
4. Nurture customers' relationship and attend to customer complaints/ queries promptly
5. Serve promptly and efficiently
6. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
7. Support manpower deployment and rostering
8. Upsell to achieve sales and revenue targets
9. Oversee collection and stock control consistently according to company policies and SOPs
10. Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly
11. Collaborate as a team to achieve operations efectiveness
12. Support Club events and ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in related industry
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
• Able to work shift hours
