Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines while maintaining hiring quality.
• Manage multiple vacancies across different functions and locations.
  Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, headhunting and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies for both local and international candidates.
• Explore new recruitment channels to improve sourcing effectiveness.
  Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring progress updates.
• Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate and hiring costs.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI, Internet or other fast-growing companies.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Experience recruiting across Singapore, Hong Kong and/or China is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
