Sales Engineer

Job Summary

Join as a Sales Engineer to drive business growth in B2B manufacturing, metal stamping industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and meet client requirements
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to improve service offerings and customer experience
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and implement follow-up strategies to maximize account growth
• Collaborate with Operations and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to support sales and client consultations
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a B2B environment
• Knowledge or prior experience in the metal stamping industry to effectively engage clients and understand product applications
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.
