CONSTRUCTION YARD SUPERVISOR

Manage and supervise all production activities at the assigned yard.

Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse operations and workflow

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with SOPs

• Coordinate stock receiving, storage, issuing, and replenishment activities

• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks and audits

• Handle walk-in customers and support over-the-counter transactions when required

• Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and place purchase orders

• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment to ensure availability

• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to meet dispatch schedules

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
