About this job
- Manage enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-up with overseas customers, distributors and business partners.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential international customers.
- Coordinate product information, pricing, samples and customer requirements.
- Coordinate export shipments with customers, freight forwarders, shipping agents and other logistics partners.
- Arrange and monitor shipment schedules, container bookings and delivery arrangements.
- Ensure export transactions and documentation comply with Singapore and destination-country requirements.
- Maintain proper and organised records of customers, orders, shipments and trade documents.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, accounts and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.
- Monitor stock availability and production schedules for export orders.
- Assist with invoicing, payment follow-up and other sales administration.
