Job Summary

Lead and manage the company outlet to achieve sales targets through effective planning, budgeting, and team motivation while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company outlet to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
• Plan and budget sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets annually and monthly
• Motivate and lead employees to enhance productivity and achieve team goals
• Deliver high-level customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and feedback promptly
• Develop and implement duty rosters and set sales targets for staff scheduling and performance management
• Prepare and manage the annual outlet budget to control expenses and optimize profitability
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to outlet operations and sales activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar retail management position
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills
• Availability to work during retail hours in a fast-paced town area environment
