HR & Admin Executive – Thailand

Location: Thailand
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized HR & Admin Executive to support our operations in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily office administration and support office setup and management.
• Assist with recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related matters.
• Coordinate with local vendors, landlords, and service providers.
• Support general administrative tasks and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Thai (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Previous HR/Admin experience is preferred.
• International students or candidates with overseas study experience are preferred.
• Candidates familiar with the Thai working environment are highly preferred.
